This PowerPoint presentation includes interactive slides and requires multiple files to display correctly. The download is a Zip file which includes four files, including the main PowerPoint file. Follow the instructions below to download and expand the zip file in order to play the presentation.

Dowload to PC

1. Right-click the download link below.
2. Select "Save target as..." or "Save link as..." and browse to the location on your hard drive where you would like to save the zip file.
3. Open the zip file using Winzip.
4. From within Winzip, click "Extract" at the top of the window. Browse to the location on your hard drive where you would like to save the presentation and click the "Extract" button. Close WinZip
5. Find and open the folder you just extracted. It will be called PowerPoint_07. It should contain four files. These four files must remain together in order for the graphics to display in the presentation.
6. Open the file disease_surveillance.ppt by double-clicking.
7. View the presentation full screen to see the three interactive graphics. They will not display in the normal/thumbnail view.

NOTE: The presentation will not play in PowerPoint 2004 for Mac. The presentation relies on Microsoft's Active-X component which is not included in the Mac version of PowerPoint.
