Dr. Taylor serves as the Nonproliferation Division Leader at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). She joined the division office in June 2010 following 3½ years of service at the Executive Office of the President’s Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), where she worked as a Senior Policy Analyst.
