Joseph Fitzgerald is a Contributing Scholar and consultant for the Center for Biosecurity of UPMC. He leads his own consulting practice and is a Senior Associate in Public Health Preparedness for the Homeland Security Program at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).
