Cynthia Dold Ms. Dold is the Healthcare Coalition Program Manager for Public Health—Seattle & King County. Her role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and program development with hospitals and other health system partners in King County around all-hazards preparedness and response. She is actively involved in the development and implementation of the Healthcare Coalition in King County. Prior to working for Public Health in Seattle, Ms. Dold was a project manager with Kaiser Permanente in northern California. She received her master’s degree in Public Policy and Public Health at the University of California at Berkeley.
