A subscriber expressly agrees that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with the Biosecurity Briefing or its managers, operators, contributors, or service providers, resides in the courts of Maryland, and further consent and agree to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Maryland in connection with any such dispute. Legality of Use: The Biosecurity Briefing makes no claims that its contents may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Biosecurity Briefing on the Center for Biosecurity's website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Information Collection and Use: Subscription to the Biosecurity Briefing will require submission of an email address and minimal demographic information. Information submitted for subscription to the Biosecurity Briefing will be used by the Center for Biosecurity of UPMC solely for the purpose of tailoring content to readership and monitoring interest in this publication. The Center for Biosecurity of UPMC will not collect other user data, will not monitor use of the Biosecurity Briefing online, and will not share, rent, or sell user data.
